POLY TUNNEL TO RAISE FUNDS FOR HOSPICE

Posted on

The Poly Tunnel behind the village hall is to be used his spring to raise money for HospiceCare.

Carol McCleod, who lives at Barmoor Corner will be using the poly tunnel to raise plants to sell for the Hospice. Last year she did it in conjunction with a BARK supporter in Berwick who raises plants to sell for the animal rescue centre but who really needs more space.

The poly tunnel will be used until mid May when the plants will be sold.

The Poly Tunnel was last used by Lowick in Bloom and the former Gardening Club, and is now looked after by the Parish Council.
