A meditation on the power of place. Born in Kelso, Alistair Moffat is an award winning Writer, Historian and former Director of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Director of Programmes at Scottish Television. He founded the Borders Book Festival . His latest book is “Scotland’s Forgotten Past: A History of the Mislaid, Misplaced and Misunderstood”.
