NEW CURATE FOR LOCAL CHURCHES
Sunday Service on 30th October [tomorrow] will take place for all congregations worshipping together at 10am in Lowick St John the Baptist Church.
The main reason for this change is to welcome to the district on new curate to assist in C of E worship locally. The Rt Revd Stephen Platten, Assistant Bishop in the Diocese of Newcastle, will preside and preach and lead prayers for the Revd Lady Margaret Sentamu who will be joining Revd Charlotte Osborne later this year as a self-supporting minister for two Sundays a month and one day a week.
