Covid-19 update

I want to thank you for your feedback on these emails. I am going to continue to send out the latest information for you to read and share, as I think it is an important way of ensuring as many people as possible are able to access the help they need.  Where I receive lots of emails on one topic, I will include that too.

As always, if you have specific questions, please do email me to ask me – my team and I are doing our best to get back to everyone as quickly as we can.

CJRS
The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme is now live and employers are able to apply for 80% of the salaries (plus NI and pension contributions) for staff that have been furloughed as a result of the Covid-19 crisis.

You can find out how to apply and what information you will need to provide HERE.

Educational support
Gavin Williamson (Education Secretary) has announced a new package of measures to help support pupils throughout this period.  It is designed to ensure that children from more disadvantaged backgrounds can access the online support they need.  You can find out more about that HERE.

I have placed information about a number of online educational resources on my own website HERE.
