The PC has published the data for our speeds cameras for December.

In December the total number of vehicles recorded coming into Lowick from the East was 13,742 (down from November’s 32,586) and from the West it was 19,020 (down from November’s 20,270).  This is not unexpected as the daily nighttime diversion from the A1 had stopped.  Nevertheless, there appears to have been several Diversions off the A1, see page 3 of the Summary Sheet.

The graph below plots the percentage of drivers speeding into Lowick for each month during 2019 from the East and the West.  There does not appear to be a correlation between those who insist on speeding and the month of the year.
